Alinos, Vermentino di Gallura DOCGis a very distinctive, balanced and well-structured wine. For its preparation, the manufacturer uses Vermentino grapes. After harvest, the berries are soft pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
